Findur.customer is an AI-assisted lead research service. During the MVP phase, delivery is handled manually through Google Sheet or Excel.
Service Scope
- We provide lead research, fit reasons, scoring, and outreach draft suggestions.
- We do not send messages on behalf of customers.
- We do not guarantee replies, meetings, sales, or email availability.
- Growth email enrichment is beta and provided on a best-effort basis.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that their outreach activity follows applicable laws, platform terms, and company policy. Customers should not submit sensitive personal data or platform credentials.
Payment Verification
A thank-you page visit is not proof of payment. Work begins only after Findur.customer confirms the PayPal transaction status, amount, currency, payer email, and plan.
Acceptable Use
We may reject requests that are unclear, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, sensitive, or outside the service scope.
