Refund Policy
Findur.customer is manually researched and prepared during the MVP phase, so refunds are handled based on whether work has started or been delivered.
Refunds We May Approve
- If we cannot deliver your first lead batch after receiving a complete intake form.
- If payment was made by mistake and work has not started.
- If PayPal marks the transaction as invalid, reversed, or disputed before delivery.
Non-Refundable Cases
- After the first researched lead batch has been delivered.
- If the customer submitted unclear or incomplete criteria and did not respond to clarification requests.
- If the customer requests work outside the stated service scope.
Quality Issues
If the first batch misses the agreed ICP direction, we may provide a corrected replacement batch instead of a refund.
