Findur.customer collects only the information needed to review requests, verify payments, and deliver AI-assisted lead research.
Information We Collect
- Contact information such as name, work email, company name, and website.
- Business criteria such as product context, ICP, target region, target roles, and exclusions.
- Payment reference data such as PayPal transaction ID, payer email, amount, currency, and payment status.
- Anonymous website usage events such as CTA clicks, section views, form field completion, and scroll depth.
Information We Do Not Collect
- LinkedIn passwords, Sales Navigator credentials, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal data.
- Raw form text inside product analytics. Analytics only records behavior and field completion metadata.
How We Use Data
We use submitted information to evaluate trial requests, prepare lead research, verify payment, deliver results, prevent abuse, and improve the product experience.
Retention
Rejected or inactive trial requests may be deleted or anonymized after 30-90 days. Paid customer records may be retained as needed for delivery, support, accounting, and dispute handling.
